Mark founded ThiccBoi on a simple belief: work incredibly hard, be incredibly kind, and the rest falls into place. As the face of the brand, he leads the vision and the culture — building a company where everyone belongs in the strength community, no matter where they’re starting from.
Mike helps lead operations and guides the franchise network at ThiccBoi, keeping the engine running behind the scenes so the brand can keep showing up for its community. Mike's experience as a coach, and QA inspctor in the past means he has a keen eye on what it takes to keep ThiccBoi humming. He’s instrumental in building ThiccBoi into something bigger than apparel.
John leads growth and the digital side of ThiccBoi, drawing on decades of sales, revenue, and marketing experience and a track record of driving growth across multiple industries. A former CrossFit affiliate owner and coach, he knows the community firsthand — and brings that same work-hard, be-kind mindset to everything he builds.
