🧠 Immediate Questions (Trust + Clarity)

• Is this custom to my gym or are these generic designs?
• Your gym logo/name will be on these apparel items when they arrive.
• Do I get to approve designs or is it fully done-for-me?
• There is no approval process as the fresh new apparel will arrive at your gym every 3 months without input from you.
• What if I don’t like the designs?
• Sometimes what we like will differ from what sells. We ask that you trust the process, and trust our team as we have our finger on the pulse of exactly what is selling. 

💰 Money / Risk Questions

• Is this a contract or can I cancel anytime?
• You can cancel anytime
• Can I test just one crate?
• Yes, you can test just 1 crate and cancel after. 
• When will I be charged?
• You will be charged every 3 months, recurring from the original purchase date. We need 30 days notice before the next drop for cancellations.   
• What happens if the apparel doesn’t sell?
• The gym is encouraged to sell what arrives if no pre-order is done. 
• This apparel can also be used for gym drop-ins. 
• Am I stuck with inventory?
• The gym will hold/sell the inventory from the crate, which is also why it is a small inventory (just a few pieces)

📦 Logistics Questions

• How often does it ship exactly?
• The crate will arrive every 3 months within the first week of that month
• When will I get my first crate?
• You will receive your first crate at the beginning of the next month if the current date is before the 15th of the current month. You will receive your first crate at the beginning of the following month if the current date is past the 15th of the current month. (i.e. if the current date is Feb 9th – March 1st for the first crate. If the current date is Feb 20th – April 1st for the first crate). 
• How long does pre-order shipping take?
• The pre-order takes 10-14 business days
• Can I place a standard gym order thru the web-link instead of a pre-order?
• Yes. A pre-order is not required to make an order. The pre-order is there to help mitigate cost, but is up to the gym owner/manager.
• What happens if sizes don’t fit my members?
• We send all size options in the crate, everyone should find something that fits before the pre-order is placed. 
• Members are encouraged to try on the samples that arrive in the crate.
• Can I swap sizes or adjust quantities over time?
• No, these numbers are fixed for the crate. Additional units – either pre-order or gym order – can be made via the online order form.

🔁 Pre-Order System Questions (this is critical)

• Do I have to use your system or can I do my own?
• You can use your own in-house system for the pre-order with your members, but the order itself will be through the website provided.
• How do I actually submit the final order?
• We will provide a QR code or a link to submit the order 
• Do you handle fulfillment or do I?
• We will ship the apparel directly to the gym. The gym owner/manager will distribute the apparel from there. 

🎯 Brand / Positioning Questions

• Will this actually match my gym’s vibe?
• Some will, some won’t, but that’s ok. Growth sometimes is uncomfortable. 
• Is this CrossFit-specific or more general fitness?
• Any gym or business can participate
• Will my members actually want to wear this?
• This is fitness-tested apparel that will want to be worn.

⚙️ Effort / Time Questions

• How much work is this really for me?
• Many gym owners forget they have it, and it’s like Christmas once it shows up. The pre-order takes 10 minutes to set up. 
• What do I actually have to do when it arrives?
• Put the apparel out for the members to try on, and put the order form out for them to sign up. It’s that easy. 
• How long does the pre-order process take to run?
• The pre-order window is exactly two weeks, and will close at the two-week mark. The gym owner/manager needs to place the pre-order before that window closes. 

🚀 Growth / Scale Questions (higher-level owners think this way)

• Do designs repeat or are they always new?
• Apparel items are always new, and always have your gym’s logo
• Can I eventually do larger custom drops?
